2. Begin the repetition by lifting
both arms toward each other, above the chest area, until the palms are facing
each other and the weights touch. Hold this position at the top for one second
and squeeze the chest area.
3. Return to the starting
position.
This will constitute one repetition. This motion
should be similar to giving a friend a hug while lying on your back. Make sure
your elbows are slightly bent throughout the exercise. Perform this motion for
10 - 15 repetitions.
