Team Beachbody WOWY Invitation

With WOWY, you can invite friends, neighbors, family or simply other people that you see in WOWY to work out with you for support and motivation. One of the key elements to success in your workout program is to have support and WOWY is the ultimate motivation machine!

Team Beachbody Community and Club members and coaches can invite each other to work out. You can even invite non-members to work out with you. So if you ever need some extra motivation or just want to build a network of buddies who are supportive, then join the club. I'm doing P90X today and I would love to have you join me doing whatever workout you want - walk, run, swim, aerobics, you name it - just work out and get fit!
