Getting Started Right - Day Four

So now we know each other because our profiles are set up. We know all about the Supergym and scheduling workouts. We just made eating right a whole lot easier by using My Meal Planner and all of the other Eat Smart tools and resources. So what's next? Connecting.

Yes, you have to have a profile with your before picture and your story to record a mark in time where you are now. You have to work out to lose weight and get in shape and you have to eat smart to fuel your workouts and your new active lifestyle. But some of that is easier said than done. What happens when you are a week or two into your exercise and nutrition program and things are not going the way that you had planned or you have things going on in your life and you feel discouraged? Your "connections" - your coach, the other members of our Facebook group, your SuperGym Buddies, our message board thread, the chat room and all of the people that have become your support system - will give you advice, encouragement, inspiration and the TLC that you need to get past your challenge, over your hurdle and back on track to get to your goal line.

Start connecting now and guarantee yourself that when you "fall", you will have a safety net to catch you and get you back in the game of life. On our team, we have a "No Member Left Behind" rule and we will do everything that we can to keep you from falling or failing, but when you do, we will be there to pick you up and dust you off.

When geese fly in formation, if one gets shot, hurt or sick and falls out of the group, two go with it and stay with it to protect it until it either heals and can fly again with a group or dies.
