From BODi Fitness & Health

Using the concept of the CNN Heroes, we would like to recognize individuals in the Team Beachbody community who have demonstrated their passion and belief in the Team Beachbody mission, not only by transforming their own lives, but also the lives of countless other people with their dogged determination and unfailing compassion. The list will be expanded as more nominees come in. The voting for nominees will end on November 21st, 2010 and the voting for the winner will end on December 8, 2010. The winner will be announced on December 21st, 2010. Please vote by sending an email to howtobefit@aol.com on or before December 8, 2010. Nominees are only listed in the order in which they were received.

Team Beachbody Coach Scott Morrison

Scott Morrison - New Mexico - Scott has served in the Air Force for 24 years. Less than six years ago, he failed the Air Force Force Fit Test. This year, at 43, after completing P90X and Insanity, he maxed out the points in every category and only lost 2.9 points in the run. He has also become one of the absolute best Team Beachbody Coaches and has built a team of successful members and coaches.

Team Beachbody Coach Shanna de Potts

Shanna de Potts - Florida - In 2006 at 162 pounds, Shanna was overweight and had Crohn's Disease and my fibromyalgia. By summer 2010, she and her husband have become two of the most committed and successful Team Beachbody coaching teams and changing the lives of everyone they meet with their passion.

Team Beachbody Coach Jessica Watters

Jessica Watters - New Jersey - Work at home mother of 4 and top Team Beachbody coach. That sums up why Jessica is a nominee. She went from the corporate world to full time mom to a coach who has seen a meteoric rise to success with her members and team of coaches in just 7 short months. Her secret? Passion and determination and a desire to show others that you can be with your family, be highly successful and love what you do.

Team Beachbody Coach Aaron Potts

Aaron Potts - Florida - Being in his fourth week in the Air Force's Airman Leadership School, Aaron is already a hero to all of his family and friends. But even as her represents the United States with his Air Force service, he also dedicates a substantial amount of time to passionately promoting the benefits of health and fitness as a top Team Beachbody Coach. He more than deserves this recognition for his tireless efforts on behalf of so many people.

Team Beachbody Coach Joyce Cherrier

Joyce Cherrier - Louisiana - From professional windsurfer living in Hawaii, to homeschooling stay at home mom, to feeling like a fish out of water in Louisiana, Joyce's life has seen some drastic changes. Then she found Team Beachbody, P90X and the WOWY online fitness community and all of her experiences fell into place. To share her passionate message of hope, she has extensively used Twitter and been recognized because of Twitter for her integrity and passion.

Team Beachbody Coach Christy Dafter

Christy Dafter - New Mexico - Christy was nominated because she, too, put family first ahead of her career and chose to take two years off from teaching to be with her youngest daughter Carly and to be able to be home and be a mom as her older daughter Grace went to kindergarten and her son Preston got more and more involved at his school. Being a full time Team Beachbody Coach is allowing her to make that choice.

Team Beachbody Coach Glen Gosch

Glen Gosch - Nevada - Glen deserves to be nominated because he is the perfect example of where there's a will, there's a way. He is 30 years old, live in Las Vegas and works the graveyard shift as a bartender at a small casino. He is married with two kids and his wife is a full time student and is employed full time as well. Yet he has managed to get in the best shape of his life with P90X as well as become a successful Team Beachbody Coach.

Team Beachbody Coach Michael Wade

Michael Wade - Texas - Michael is a married father of two beautiful little girls. He works a rotating shift that changes every week, and is at work more than he is at home with his family. He became a coach not too long ago, because he wants to change his life and everyone's around him. He has lost 50 pounds and is stepping up to end the trend of obesity. Especially childhood obesity, because as he says, "The kids are the future."
