How do I purchase more than one item at once at Team Beachbody?After adding a product to your shopping cart, you can continue to directly browse and add additional products to your order by selecting "Add to Cart" for those items. You may also continue to add items to your shopping cart after going to the Checkout page by selecting the "Continue Shopping" button on the Checkout page, then navigating to the additional desired items and clicking "Add to Cart". To increase the quantity of an item you wish to purchase, click the Checkout button and modify the quantity from the Checkout screen before completing the order. How can I pay for my order?Orders on TeamBeachbody.com may be placed using a major credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Debit cards may also be used as long as the card has the Visa or MasterCard logo on the front. I lost my Team Beachbody Club password. How do I log in?You can retrieve your user name and password by clicking the "forgot your password" link on the Team Beachbody sign-in page. Type your e-mail address in the space provided and we will send you your information via e-mail. My friend told me I could buy products directly from him online. Is this true?If your friend is a Beachbody Coach, then it is true. Ask your friend for the URL (Web address) of his personal Web store. Who do I contact for help? Customer Service or my Coach?We always encourage everyone to first contact their Coach with any questions. For example, if you're having trouble with a product, you Coach may be able to give you advice on how to get the most out of it. However, if you wish to return the item, you will need to contact Customer Service. Your Coach is the person to ask for advice, support, and motivation. Customer Service, on the other hand, is there to help you with order issues, shipping, and billing. What is a Coach?A Coach is an independent Beachbody business representative who has taken a proactive role in helping people reach their health, fitness, and financial goals. to create your account. How do I become a Coach?Click Find a Coach and visit the coaches on the list. Select one that you would like to work with from their profile information and then click "Be a Coach" on their profile page. There are a couple of quick forms to fill out—you will need your credit card number and Social Security number—before you enter a wizard to set up your online office. How are your products shipped?Most of our products are shipped via UPS. If you elected rush
shipping via UPS 2nd Day (not available for P.O. Boxes) your delivery time is
about 4–5 business days. If you selected standard shipping, your order
will arrive in about 57 business days. What is Home Direct?Home Direct is a customer convenience program where a new order is automatically generated each month for the Beachbody products you choose. This order is billed to the credit card you provide and then shipped to you. This program is especially handy for Shakeology and for the other essential nutritional supplements your body needs to help maximize your fitness results. What is the Team Beachbody Money-Back Guarantee?All Beachbody products sold through Team Beachbody come with at least a 30-day money-back guarantee. Your order may have a longer guarantee if you ordered during a special promotion. The guarantee period starts on the date of delivery. You may return opened and partially used items. Why is my order delayed?We apologize if your package has not arrived when expected. Why haven't I received my order, shipping confirmation, customer service or newsletter e-mails?Spam filtering software may be installed on your computer or
used by your e-mail provider or Internet service provider. To ensure that you
receive our e-mails and our responses to your inquiries, do one of the
following: How can I get my order or item reshipped in the event of a damaged or missing package?We will be happy to track your package and issue a reshipment if it is discovered that the package was lost in transit or if it arrived damaged. I ordered a DVD program from TeamBeachbody.com, but it says Beachbody on it. Why?Most of the products we sell at Team Beachbody are made by Beachbody, our parent company. These products often have Beachbody labels on them. What's the difference between buying products on Beachbody.com and TeamBeachbody.com?The two sites sell mostly the same products. The only difference is that when you buy from TeamBeachbody.com, we assign you a Coach to offer you help and support as you try to achieve your health and fitness goals. Do I need to be a Team Beachbody Club member to read and post messages on the Community Message Boards?You now need to be a registered member of Team Beachbody in order to use the Message Boards. Both Club and free members may read the posts, but only Club members are able to post new questions or replies. How do I cancel my Home Direct shipment or Team Beachbody Club membership?You can cancel your Team Beachbody Club membership or Home Direct Program by contacting us by phone at 1 (800) 470-7870 Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM (all times Pacific), or by email at customerservice@teambeachbody.com. Can I cancel my order?Yes, but only before it ships. Because we try to get your
products to you as soon as possible, there is limited time for you to cancel.
If you made your purchase on our website, you must cancel the same day. How do I return my order? What is the return address for your products?We hope you will not find any reason to return your products,
but if you do, we back all of our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
(Your guarantee period may be more than 30 days if you ordered certain products
during a special promotion.) We encourage you to call your Coach for advice on
how to get the most from your product. If for any reason you're unsatisfied,
you can also give us a call—we're here to help you reach your fitness
goals.
