Using a GLP-1 Medication? Shakeology Can Help Fill the Gaps
If you're on a GLP-1 medication like Ozempic or Wegovy, you're probably eating less overall — which means every serving of food needs to work harder nutritionally. Shakeology packs 16-17g of protein and 6-7g of fiber into one shake, along with vitamins, minerals, and probiotics, so a smaller appetite doesn't have to mean falling short on the basics.
A shake is also just easier to get through than a full meal when your appetite is suppressed, and the protein specifically helps support lean muscle while you're eating in a calorie deficit — something worth paying attention to regardless of how you got there.
