Albuquerque, NM where the United States Postal Service has shipping
available 7 days a week. We do not ship on five major federal
holidays.

as power outages, snow storms or other unforeseen occurrences disrupt the
United States Postal Service's ability to ship the mail.

Shipping is provided by the United
States Postal Service. The Same Day Overnight Shipping is provided by
USPS Express Mail. Please note that Express Mail Overnight is available to most
cities in the United States. To some rural addresses it may be a guaranteed two
day service.
The same day, free 2 - 3 day shipping (in most cases two
days) on orders under $75.00 is provided by USPS Priority Mail.
Orders
under $200.00 are shipped with WAIVER OF SIGNATURE. Orders over $200.00
are insured and cannot be shipped with Waiver of Signature. If you would like

A Delivery Confirmation number is
provided by the USPS with every order so that you can track your package. It
may take up to 24 hours to receive this confirmation number.
APO and FPO orders are gladly
accepted and include free, same day, Priority Mail service (the only APO and
FPO shipping provided by the USPS.)
International Shipping - we
process orders from anywhere in the world, but we only ship to U.S. addresses.
We suggest that you have your order shipped to a family member, relative,
friend or business associate with a U.S. address.
Please
note: If you see a lower advertised price on the Internet, you are
purchasing from an non-authorized distributor of Polar products and your
purchase will not be covered by the Polar warranty. Please go to the

At Polar, we
stand behind all of our products with the industry's best warranty. Both the
watch (receiver) and the transmitter are backed by a two year warranty. You can
be confident that you purchased the highest quality product, we guarantee it.
The limited Polar International Warranty is issued by Polar Electro Inc. for
the consumers who have purchased this product in the USA or Canada and by Polar
Electro Oy for the consumers who have purchased this product in other
countries.
Polar Electro Inc. / Polar Electro Oy warrants to the
original consumer / purchaser of this product that the product will be free
from defects in material or workmanship for two-years from the date of
purchase.
Warranty does not cover the receiver or the transmitter
battery, damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents or non-compliance with the
precautions; improper maintenance, commercial use, cracked or broken cases.
Warranty does not cover any damage(s), losses, costs or expenses,
direct, indirect or incidental, consequential or special, arising out of, or
related to the product. During the warranty period the product will be either
repaired or replaced at an authorized service center free of charge.
This warranty does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under
applicable national or state laws in force, or the consumer's rights against
the dealer arising from their sales/ purchase contract.
NOTE: This warranty is valid only
on products that are purchased from an authorized Polar retailer and are not
valid on products purchased on open auction sites (example: e-bay). For a list
of Polar retailers, please visit the Find A Retailer section on our site, or
call customer service at 800-227-1314. If you already purchased a Polar
monitor, you can register it here. Please keep your receipt. Proof of purchase
is required for warranty.

policy is 30 days, no questions asked. Although we have an extremely low return
rate and there is a 1% failure rate worldwide, your satisfaction is guaranteed
and you will receive a full refund, LESS ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES. For more
