The Polar F4 heart monitor enables you to exercise at all times within your personal target heart rate zone and track your calories burned with Polar OwnCal. Polar F4 Main Features

The Polar F4 has the innovative Zone Pointer and alarm system, the visible and audible feature on the display of your heart rate monitor showing your target heart rate zone and where your current heart rate is within that zone. You may also follow the time spent in your target heart rate zone with the F4 with the Fitness Bullets displayed visually, a feature showing a bullet on the display of your heart rate monitor for every 10 minutes spent exercising/training in your target heart rate zone.

In addition, the Polar F4 has Polar OwnCal® which shows your energy expenditure during one exercise session as well as your accumulated kilocalories during several exercise sessions.

Polar F4 - Ideal for these Activities and Sports

The Polar F4 heart rate monitor is suitable for all aerobic workouts, weight management, cycling, jogging, walking and swimming and is water resistant to 30 meters. The Polar F4, however, does not have a backlight.
