What is the Healthy Living
Church?
The Bible refers to the "church" in Acts 2:42 as
those who "Were continually devoting themselves to the apostles' teaching and
to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer". The problem for most
people these days is that they have broken too much bread and not done enough
praying. Our church exists in a virtual world of hundreds of millions and is
devoted to fellowship, prayer and spreading the gospel of health and fitness
for all to hear. "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another" -
Proverbs 27:17
Today's Encouraging Word
"Set higher standards for your own
performance than anyone around you, and it won't matter whether you have a
tough boss or an easy one. It won't matter whether the competition is pushing
you hard, because you'll be competing with yourself." Rick Pitino |

Workout Tips - Simple Tips for Healthy Knees
Our Healthy Living Church is devoted to promoting
the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle and realizing how it impacts those
around us. We gather weekly to support each other and to spread the gospel of
health and fitness. We meet to discuss health, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle
issues and to share scripture that will help us grow our fitness ministry.
We meet every Thursday at 6:00 pm MT for
discussion and fellowship on
TalkShoe.com.
During the rest of the week we meet in small groups around the country and
share our individual fitness ministries.
