I commit to eating fruits, vegetables,

I commit to not making lifestyle
choices that will negatively impact my health and well being |

I commit to doing some form of aerobic
exercise for my heart and lungs at least 4 days a week |

resistance training to strengthen my body at least 2 days a week |

I commit to being a role model for
health and fitness for my family, my friends, my neighbors and my
co-workers |
